FORECAST: THE OWENS VALLEY, MAMMOTH & MONO COUNTY

Pretty much going to be a windy day in the district, followed by snow in the mtns. tonight and tomorrow. Low pressure spinning off the coast will split then move inland today and effect the district tonight, particularly in Mono County. By Sunday, possible rain in the Owens Valley and snow over the Crest and down to about 5,000 feet. The system is out of here on Monday with weak ridging building in on Tuesday. Overall the system will not be as cold as last weekends.
