Weak ridging replaces that upper low (the one which brought days of windy conditions) which has now moved into Canada. So, warming temps thru Friday. Now on Saturday, yet another upper low will approach the PACNW and this will back off the temperatures a bit, with additional cooling on Sunday and Monday. No sign of the monsoon yet…
FOR THE OWENS VALLEY:
Today: Sunny then clear at night. Highs 92 and lows 51. Winds SE 10 – 15 mph.
Thursday: Mostly sunny. Highs 94 and lows 55. Winds SE 10 – 15 mph.
FOR THE TOWN OF MAMMOTH LAKES:
Today: Mostly sunny. Highs 75 and lows 43. Winds SW 5 – 15 mph.
Thursday: Sunny. Highs 77 and lows 47. Winds SW 5 – 15 mph.
FOR MONO COUNTY:
Today: Sunny. Highs 76 – 81 and lows 38 – 48. Winds S 10 – 15 mph.
Thursday: Sunny. Highs 77 – 82 and lows 41 – 51. Winds SW 10 – 20 mph.
