A humongous upper low is still centered just off the Oregon Coast and is spinning in place. This is the system that has brought cooler than normal temps to our district along with windy conditions. The flow around this low literally covers the entire west coast and a good part of the Western Canadian coast as well. This system sits unchanged through today and then begins to lift out into Washington State on Tuesday. Thereafter we will see a warming trend with temps mostly back to normal by Thursday.
